Our History

Smith-Diamond Realty was formed in 1986 through the merger between Ted Smith Real Estate and Diamond Realty. Ted Smith Real Estate, specializing in the sale of single-family homes, was founded in 1968. The firm, because of it's commitment to quality customer service and integrity, developed into a well recognized local firm. Diamond Realty was established in 1978 in order to broker and market Johnson Estates and Whispering Springs projects. This merger has enabled us to offer a wide variety of expanded services to our customers. 

Smith-Diamond Realty now reflects the company's successful past, and an exciting future full of growth, expansion, and helping people bring their dreams to reality.
